I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.
Have had no problems with it

Is there any official documentation anywhere that says the tax amount is after the $700 discount? I went into the store yesterday and they charged me tax on the $999.99 amount, but I've been seeing others saying that they were charged on the $299.99 amount. Can I bring my receipt back into the spectrum store and have them give a refund on the tax?

I preordered two devices on 1/24 & shipped out my trade-ins same-day. However, my two trade-in devices seem to be stalled somewhere in Coppell, TX. I did manage to preorder a third time on 1/29 & again shipped out my trade-in device same-day, ohhh but this trade-in has stellar tracking info & is actually scheduled to be delivered at Assurant today lol (1/31). Is it possible that my first two trade-ins are just piled together with the other packages addressed to Assurant? After all, my first two trade-in packages did arrive at that USPS regional facility on a Saturday. Anybody else experiencing this?

"Moving Through Network
In Transit to Next Facility, Arriving Late
January 31, 2024

Arrived at USPS Regional Facility
COPPELL TX DISTRIBUTION CENTER
January 27, 2024, 4:44 am

Departed USPS Regional Facility
DALLAS TX NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER
January 27, 2024, 4:02 am"
Same issue here with Coppell Distribution Center. At least seeing others with this issue makes it more likely this is just a delay due to congestion, but how annoying since we are dealing with tight timelines. One would imagine Assurant would have coordinated with USPS to smoot this final delivery step since their processing facility has been nearby for years.

Spectrum has nothing to do with your tax. Its your state.

It is not fair for them to delay delivery scan at the destination when the customer has appropriately mailed with their carrier/pre-paid label. I would imagine Assurant, Spectrum, and USPS are all getting a lot of angry/worried calls. Just not acceptable to let probably thousands of packages sit there without progress or notice to customers for days beyond delivery date.

Just told by customer service that the 512 grey Ultra is sold out and they don't have a date for restock...

is there a way to find out if locals stores have stock of the phones without driving to each?

So the 512 was same price as 256
Damn how missed that!

Here it's saying +120 for extra, someone got today?

Would jump and return mins 512 from Samsung + buds for 500

But looks they charge full tax on my state, not the difference between the trade in

Should be he same $$ trade.
It's $2 difference. I don't care about that $2, but if someone inspects in next level there is a mismatch of phone type, does it cause any issues in future

That was a preorder promo. Samsung had that everywhere not just Spectrum. Now it's gone.

Activated my device and then turned it off. Plan on unlocking and then closing account by porting out number.

We just need activation x 60 days to request an unlock - right?

Just initiated inquiry thru usps 800 number. Phone has been stuck in Dallas for 6+ days. They said to call back Wednesday to escalate, if problem is not fixed by then.

In store lady messed up my trade in, I gave her Moto g stylus(2022) , but she selected Moto g stylus only. Is that a problem? Do I need to go back to store and correct it? I don't know they have option to correct it.
did you get instant trade credit/took your phone or do you have to mail it in? If all done instore, you're good.
