My first has been stuck in Coppell according to USPS since 1/31. My second one shipped much later shows delivered 2/2 with spectrum/Assurant email saying they received it. Second phone also inspected this morning (or at least email received about it) with expected credit.
Neither credit has posted to account but I have email confirmations and feel better about it. Good luck to all those stuck in Coppell. There is hope!

Like others, USPS still shows as in transit for several days without update and the Assurant tracking site still shows in transit. I personally am going to file a complaint as planned with the Inspector General because USPS should not be delivering packages without the delivery scan. We are talking hundreds/thousands of packages containing electronics that are effectively lost as far as USPS is concerned. People here even posting about how they were told their package is lost by USPS and they have to start going down the lost package pathway. Whatever congestion issues they are facing, they should still do proper delivery scans of the packages. If USPS had just notified us that our packages were delivered to Assurant a week ago then it would have saved a lot of headaches for people.
edit: USPS still not showing as delivered but Assurant site now showing received yesterday and trade in confirmed.
Your device was received at our warehouse on 01/28/2024. It should be assessed by 01/30/2024
Got my email as well this morning.
Good luck everyone!!
