Traded in two S24 256GB for two S24 128GB in-store. $250 profit per device.

Also traded in the A15 5G from Metro ($40 cost) for a Motorola RAZR+ for $40 profit.

Tried to do a 4th device but was blocked.
What did they tell you for that 4th attempt? Tried to upgrade my first two S24's to a P8P and S24+ but was told the transaction was flagged and could not be completed in store. Fraud review required the mail in process. Online only for me for a while I guess. Just wanted to compare what they told you to what they told me in store.

The link will update later today (at least mine did). No phone number, just email.
Thanks for the info! I called Spectrum and the guy is inquiring about the trade in. Sounds like his backup plan is to offer me a discount of $20 a month for 36 months to make up for the $700 credit... Not ideal but probably less hassle than returning and re-buying a phone.

You got further with Spectrum than I did. They told me to return the phone. I all honesty, the reps were nice and responsive but the overall system is broken. My other pre-order charged my card but never shipped. They followed up today to tell me the order was canceled. WTH! So a bunch of headache and I still have zero phones. Lesson learned to do everything in store next time and forget the double memory promo

Honestly, you're100% right and the move going forward for me. Not worth the headache or the stress worrying about the process at all.

do ur open other line?
For my original online trade in I upgraded the 1 year free line I already had, but yes for the in store trade in afterwards I opened up a new line. The store rep tried to sign me up for a $30 per month unlimited plan at first but I insisted I only need the $20 per month 1 GB plan as I am planning to cancel this line once the phone is unlocked.

Your store manager is really nice for letting you do that! All the Spectrum store reps in my area refused saying I cannot trade in a brand new Spectrum phone for another one, saying it gets messy in their system and won't allow it, blah blah blah. I am also too scared to push my luck too much since I don't want to get blacklisted from in-store trade ins for future deals haha

Do we need to remove esim from S24 before trade in?
Also, What's is the imei number we have to add in the trade-in.. is that IMEI eSim or IMEI available?

I sent my trade-in device on 2/9, it currently shows that it's at a facility in Texas and hadn't been delivered. I'm getting antsy since it "has to be received by 2/18" - has anyone else dealt with a package potentially not arriving in time? Really hoping this doesn't sink my deal...

Rep was willing to process the order but the system wouldn't let it go through. Error message said to order online or over the phone. I actually tried again yesterday but no dice. I'm thinking there might be a cooling off period.
