Having never bought from this place I cant comment to the quality of the tress though.
Our winters are getting colder and colder ( Global warming).
I tried three times, took care of them, and covered them in winter, but eventually they just died.
I guess people in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and further south can grow this.
I am not sure Fastgrowing Tree Map showed part of North Texas, but that's not true.
If you like, just peel the outer layer of the seed and place with soil it on a 3/5 gal pot. Water it often and you should have a 3 feet tree in 6 months.
