About this Item:
- Enlarged Capacity From 3.84kWh: Anker SOLIX F3800 has 3.84kWh to power your family's needs for one day. If that's not enough, add up to 6 battery packs to expand capacity to 26.9kWh. For extreme situations, add another Anker SOLIX F3800 and 12 battery packs for enough power for two weeks.
- Dual-Voltage for Any Appliance: No more limitations when you're powering your dryer. The 120V/240V and 6,000W AC output runs everything in your home. If you need more power, add another Anker SOLIX F3800 for 12,000W max AC output.
- Long-Lasting 10-Year Lifespan: Anker SOLIX F3800 Expansion Battery is built to last over a decade, even with everyday use, thanks to Anker InfiniPower technology. The power station also features EV-class LFP batteries, durable components, and a smart temperature control system.
- Peace of Mind with 5-Year Warranty: Instead of the average industry warranty length of 2 years, you can purchase Anker SOLIX F3800 Portable Power Station Expansion Battery worry-free with a 5-year full-device warranty.
- Clean Energy Solution: Instead of polluting your home with a gas generator, you can enjoy clean energy from Anker SOLIX F3800. Just plug into your house via the transfer switch and take a breath of fresh air.
- Operates at Quiet 45dB: You don't need ear plugs to run the portable power station. Even at peak power output, the power station only emits 45dB from 3.3 ft (1 m) away.
- What's in the Box: - Anker SOLIX F3800 Portable Power Station - AC Charging Cable - MC4 Solar Charging Connector - User Manual - Anker SOLIX BP3800 Expansion Battery - Battery-to-Host Cable - Anker SOLIX Transfer Switch - Anker SOLIX Transfer Switch Cable

Edit: this kit includes the transfer switch while the above deal for $4500 did not. Not sure how much a transfer switch cost.

Seriously. An 11kw "portable" generator doesn't weigh much more but is so much more versatile.
Also the claim that 3.8kwh is "enough for a whole day" is laughable. The average home uses nearly 30kwh a day on average. So let's say you don't use any 240v appliances. Heck, a plain old refrigerator will eat about 4kwh a day by itself. [energysage.com] This would run a small room space heater for maybe 3 hours.
