From what I've seen there is a lot of room under the socket tray so they put a piece of foam. If you were creative you could probably fit some shallow sockets under there and maybe extensions and swivel to complete the set

If they came in individual, socket sized and packout style cases.... yes.

But I also already have several impact sets and only use maybe 4 or 5 different sizes. These are just pretty.

I bought this set from ebay for 139.99 and used to fixed a rack and pinion on a car. Great set! Highly recommend it at this price!

Yep, there are multiple videos on youtube showing you can fit the 48-22-9486 socket set in this same case and have all impacts and regular sockets + wrenches in one packout box.

That's pretty slick. Would be nice to do that with the 3/8" (milwaukee) impact set I have - one case for all sockets.

That's not quite right. The socket trays are 15 each and the organizer 50 but without the 10 bins. So at least 60 in value right there. About $2.47 per socket/piece at that rate.
