These promos have not worked with Costco CITI card in the past. I used my Double Cash MC and it worked. Time to try it on my other accounts.

Thanks for saving my time. My wife and I have 9 Citi cards in total, and I am not going to test out with all 9 cards when the first fails.

The last time I had an offer that worked was 3 years ago on any of the major card points. They're getting stingier every year.
