My D3 came in slightly below normal on my blood test 2 weeks ago. The Dr told me to take 5000 UI per day.

I'm on 10000 a day because my bloodwork showed it was low. Everyone should get bloodwork for Vitamin D just to know

I take 50,000iu every 5 days with Vitamin K2. Vitamin D3 is extremely well tolerated and most people underdose it.

There was a study that showed men who took 50,000iu daily with 100mg Vitamin K2 saw an average length increase of 0.46in and average circumference increase of 0.523in. This is holy knowledge and I will be deleting this comment shortly.

vitamin d toxicity is a real thing. don't take excessive dosages unless your blood work indicates a deficiency.

How much D is too much? Let's say I live in my Mom's basement which has no windows and I get no sunlight. Unless the light from the monitors produce vitamin D then I'm prob not getting any vitamin D...
