I only know because I was looking for a deal for work and this includes a handheld blower that happens to be OOS everywhere.

I've never personally done that. That said, I was able to order the 2 batteries/charger and the blower as the free tool for same day delivery (I don't understand HD's system but whatever). These would normally be $199 and $159 respectively. On the receipt it discounted both items, the battery set to $110.62 and the blower to $88.38. Sales tax was paid on the discounted amount.
They do occasionally bundle a tool as "free" and the free tool doesn't have a separate prorated charge on the receipt. Just double check everything before you confirm the order.
At HD, If you pick the 219 tool, the batteries are 94, the tool, 104, off the 199 tool, yes, they would each be prorated at 99.50

You can still send them to 2 different stores for pickup
EDIT: The Home Depot way...
I already own a battery operated drill, driver, multi tool and router. I have plug-in angle grinder, circular saw (7 1/4), and reciprocating saw.
Any suggestions on what to add/upgrade if I go with this deal?
I'm leaning towards the reciprocating saw since my current harbor freight model is plug in with what seems like excessive wobble in the blade
