Used dryer sheets - as you wash the car just dampen one and it takes bugs off car paint and windshield really easy. Read about it years ago and tried it and it really does work.
How well does this work? I have been disappointed with a couple of bug&tar removers. Liquid car wax, on the other hand, seems to work well for this purpose.
I don't know about wax and sealants but I will tell you it works well. Living in buggy Florida I spray this stuff on the grill, car side mirrors and windshield. I use the scrubber side of the squeegee at the gas station and it gets the bugs off. It's a meguiars product so I hope it's safe on the wax.

Good tip. I used to just spray the front of the hood with full-strength degreaser.

No because if you want the bugs to be removed and you have a ceramic coating you'd have to reapply.
I wouldn't buy for me personally
