I've really enjoyed watching the cost of this continuously increase while my area still isn't eligible. By the time it gets here itll be just as expensive as comcast.

I'm seeing $55 per month on my existing T-Mobile ONE Plus plan, any chance to get this lower?

You ain't missing much. Their speed is as slow as their LTE/5G. Tried it out for 1 day, shipped it back the next. They had the audacity to charge me for the days the Modem being shipped back to them, smh

My phone regularly sees 300-600mbps on 5G so I would be fine with that.

You must be super close to a tower.

I believe so. I think it's at the end of the street about .25miles away. I maintain a pretty consistent 5Guc connection. Which is why I'm surprised my address isn't eligible.

Is $30 still possible? I thought they raised prices across the board $10 or more depending on plan. . .literally today? And their definition of price lock changed today for new signups or plan changes fyi

Wow they really did raise prices across the board! I'm so glad I locked in at $25 during the holiday promotion in 2022. Been using it as a backup to Comcast since I wfh. But it's actually been more reliable since I get packet loss almost daily with Comcast after the "10G" upgrade in my area. Also have to fight every year to lower my bill. Once my contract is over this March fully switching over to my TMHI line. Normal average 450/80 and similar pings.

I'm about a mile away and I was getting 600mbps down and about 60mbps up. I switched off it because gaming was impossible on it, if I didn't game I would have stayed as everything else was fine. Might even get better speeds with the new modems as my phone can hit over 1000mbps here.

I thought with comcast it was a 2 year price lock but technically no contract, so you can cancel anytime? It may be worth calling and double checking this.
