Lowes in Olathe, Kansas 66062 had the garage door opener on clearance. To see the price online you need to set your store to that location. I was able to order online and select store pickup. Recommend looking on BrickSeek [brickseek.com]to see if your local stores have it clearanced.

Which Lowe's has it for $149.37? Thanks!
I recently installed one and compared to my $100 3/4hp Genie from last year, the $220 one is quieter. Additionally, the $220 one slows down the last 2-3 inches on up and down so there's no "slamming."
Both were installed on a single door two-car garage. Perhaps the extra horsepower helps

I have had my MyQ setup for over 2 years now. It's worked perfectly the entire time and took 5 mins to setup. Lots of useful features too.
