In any case I ordered 3 different phones from Costco last month, and were told each time a $75 Shop card was coming in 3-4 months. And upgrade $35 or whatever is waived.
The $75 is a Costco Shop Card, and Costco's deal, so you wouldn't see it on TMO's rebate page.
I think the TMO@ Sammy site wins for me this time. $65 in EPP discount plus $65 or $19 for the Samsung Care (plus big CB) trumps $75 card + $35 savings in my book for an Ultra anyways.

I couldn't get T-Mobile to work on the Samsung site with an education discount. It was only an extra $40 but I had the T-Mobile phone rep kinda match it by waiving the $35 activation fee.

The rep at Costco said that I can drop the tradeins off at TM stores, but I am not sure whether or not there's any pushback from TM store reps.

My EPP ends up being only $65ish off on the phone so $1235 handed over to TMO. Using EDU instead drops it to $1104 to TMO. Getting $1k or $999 and change trade in value so $105 over 24 months on top of trade.
My Total with Sammy was $140. That included the tax and 2 year insurance remainder. I spent my $150 credit on the insurance. If it's only showing $100 Credit, add promo code EUREK24. Credit for that goes to the preorder thread. I needed that code because my reservation $50 wouldn't stick in cart.
