Run, don't walk...run away from this snowblower. It's the worst of the 80v green works tools by a mile.

I had it for four years, and while it had decent power, it's build quality wasn't up to snuff. The metal strips which keep the auger housing from excessively scrapping on the pavement fall off quickly. The chute is manual turn (for angle and side) and regularly fell off of the worm gear which connects it to the turning rod.

Snow regularly sticks to the inside of the auger housing, as well as to the (plastic) auger itself, so you'll be bucking the whole machine up and down constantly to get it unclogged.

It's a single stage snow blower. You need two stage snowblower to handle anything above 5 inches. It's still a good deal if you are willing to do two rounds instead of one.

Love the blower. Wish I could just get the snowblower plus 1 battery for like $300. Don't want to mess with flipping the blower.

I wouldn't buy the snowblower version with the plastic impeller. This is a much better product, though no blower included. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/gree...Id=6435177

Two stage is nearly 4 times the cost of this: go figure.

They charge $230 for each 4.0ah battery alone.

I already have a snowblower, but with a 2.0ah battery :/

I on the other hand never had issues with mine I've had it for 5 years and just used it again today with the storm we have on the east coast. Works damn good for the price I paid for it back then! Don't get scared away from it some people are just rough with things and don't take their time.

I've had both. The 20" one is much more compact and easier to store, like on the side of my garage right next to a parked car. The 20" plowed and scraped the pavement pretty well, but mines died the same season I got it, and it wasn't repairable at the time. Greenworks gave me a full refund without much hassle.
The 22" one is much bigger, but it couldn't get the snow all the way down to the pavement. There were no adjustments available to lower or heighten the scoop part, so it always left about 1/8 - 1/4" of snow on the ground. It was definitely a much better build, but I returned it. Being able to hold 2 batteries was also nice for the auto switch over.
I ended up keeping my old gas snowblower instead.

It's an ok deal. I have this snow unit along with the newer version with the rubber. Both handled the snow that landed in NJ. The plastic impeller sounds like it's going to break when it moves ice.

I wouldn't call these snow blowers but rather snow movers. Sure you'll have to do several passes as it snows. But it sure beats the hell out of getting back pains or a heart attack.

That being said. I got both versions for cheap. Being that this is SD, I would value this snow blower as a tool only at around 150.
