I got this about three weeks ago from a certain website that can't be mentioned here. The price was a bit higher than this, but I live in a state with very high sales tax.

In terms of the mount, it isn't that bad if you do some planning. If you want it to be fully flush against the wall you will need an inset box for the power receptacle (I also stuck my Apple TV in there). You also will need to recognize that unlike most TV mounts, this one doesn't have any real room for adjustment side to side. The spacing of your joists will dictate where the TV can be centered unless you tear out the sheetrock and install blocking between the studs. I did it myself in about 3 hours including install of a 14"x14" inset wall box.

I will also add that I own a 77' LG C1, and this TV is phenomenal. Stunning picture. It replaced a 65" Samsung QN90A, and there is no comparison. It's a tremendous improvement.

Good deal for the 65 G3. Unfortunately I'm waiting for the 77.

The one I ordered was fulfilled by Walmart which offered returns to Walmart store, fedex pickup or drop off, or USPS dropoff. Plan to drop it off there tomorrow. I did reach out to Beach Camera to try and exchange, but they said they can't due to third party policies with Walmart. I noticed later in the weekend last weekend that it switched from fulfilled by Walmart to ship and sold by Beach Camera which I think is not eligible for Walmart store return so something to watch for before you add to cart if you want the return to Walmart option.
Good to know. Thanks for pointing that out. Cheers!

I think the box install would be difficult to manage with exterior insulation. I would also be concerned about heat affecting the TV long term if you had to significantly compress or remove insulation where the box was installed. The box is designed to fully fill a wall gap framed with 2"x4". 2"x6" would allow for a bit of leeway, but I wouldn't want to compromise insulation especially in a harsh climate like AZ.
Yes, that's what I was thinking. Thanks for your inputs. Looks like then I may just got for a C3 (unless its possible to do a regular mount with G3 and if the quality of G3 is that much better than the C3 that it warrants the 30% up charge)

Since this is fulfilled by Walmart, any chance Best buy might price match it?

jump on this deal or wait for 2K deal on 77" G3? Want a 77"
There's no way the 77" G3 hits 2K unless it's basically a price error. The 77" G2 hasn't gone lower than $2150 and that's only VERY recent as Best Buy is clearing stock.

These are image burn-in magnets. You've been warned.
Like your iPhone/Samsung phone and Apple/Samsung watches. Unless you are using iPhone 8 or older. All the flagship phones are using OLED these days. Samsung have been using OLED on their flagship phones since 2010.

Have a solid experience with them? I've been contemplating going that route.

Guys need some related help. All the oled tv have the mount on the bottom which is a problem for me as my current wall mount placement will make these tvs too high to watch . Is there a way we can lower the tv for existing mounts ? Please help. 🙏
If you use the same mount it will drop the TV lower. I'd say a good 5" or so when placing the mount a low as possible on the G3

Mannnnn this is tough! I've been wanting this bad to drop below 2K, I'm moving in about 3 months and don't wanna mount this yet, so I'll have to buy the stand separately. But they have used ones one Best Buy for $126. Ughh. Was hoping I'd see this deal after I was settled in to the new place lol.
I'm waiting until I can get a 77" G3 for $2k. Refurb would be OK if from reputable seller with decent warranty/return policy. (Hopefully later on this year sometime??) It's basically the ideal TV for our living room based on size, viewing angle, brightness, and slim mounting. I just can't quite justify $3k.

I know the G3 comes with 5 yr panel warranty. Nonetheless, Do i need to consider a warranty for non-panel issues that may crop up?

LG OLED C3 or G3? Is there significant difference between them? I have 55 - C3 in bedroom and it's amazing. So I am thinking to get another for main hall. But debating between C3 or G3 ? Also 77 or 83 ??? Is 83 has different panel then 77 models as I read it somewhere???
Thank you

77G3 or 85qn90c? Bright room with plenty of natural light. Used to watch movies and tv. No gaming no sports.

I have an in wall wire concealer/electrical plug extender kit that I installed. It has a recessed electrical socket. Will this tv sit flat using that without using the box you mentioned?
