Air and letting it dry would kill COVID-19. Anything that disrupts a lipid membrane would as well in theory.

Lysol uses Ammonia and Ethanol to disinfect. They use it in hospitals...unless there's been some huge break through in disease control in the last few days then this has worked to kill viruses for over a hundred years.

Fabuloso is a neutral based cleaner and degreaser. Probably safer on more surfaces than Lysol, but doesn't disinfect as well.
