If I had to pick one, I'd go with a trickle charger that has a cable that stays attached to the battery and has a SAE plug. There are plenty under $20. They don't have many amps, but it doesn't need much when it's actually used for trickle charging. Regularly using a trickle charger can help your battery last years longer, especially if it's used rarely enough that you might not noticing it going dead.
Then if you're still worried about needing to quickly charge a dead battery, get a charger with at least 10 amps, or 15 amps if you have a vehicle that uses a larger battery. Either of those can go for under $25.
I've had good experience with the few Noco chargers I have, but they charge way too much for their cables. At least the clamps are removable and the eyelets that attached to the clamps do fit onto the battery clamps of my vehicles. I use all my Noco's as trickle chargers, and they're used whenever a vehicle won't be used for days, especially in the winter.

I could hear the water boiling inside a wet cell battery and no other charger I've ever owned has done that.
I ended up shelling out money and got a NOCO brand charger that is what these cheap chargers are trying to copy.
