All customers will pay return shipping".
Ordered this amp last week. The power mode switch and the input sensitivity knob appear to be on the same board because they were both loose and jiggled around simultaneously. Emailed JL audio and they said they wasn't normal. Got a return authorization from sonic electronics and found out customer is responsible for return shipping on defective items. That's seriously eff'd up. I called and complained why I have to pay shipping for a defective product. The lady I could barely understand due to thick accent finally said they would refund my shipping costs after they verify the defect. She sent me an email saying such. We shall see…
