I had really bad experience with WD store this past December, still waiting for my refund for 2x20TB (same price-15$/tb) red pro drives. Both drives came DOA, Clicking. Whoever packed them, didn't have proper plastic inserts, so they used some filling paper and called it a day, unbelievable!
The 18TB external ones were at $11.11/TB price point during BF, I hope the price for 20TB drops lower than $13/TB.
Wish that was true for my taxes 😞

18TB Red Pro was $13.33/TB.
If you need it now, this is not bad. I'm still waiting for the red pro to go back down to $13.33/tb again to buy some more.

Needing 4 of them for a Synology NAS, I figure Reds are best for that vs Shucking correct?
