DACK Outdoors has many Spyderco knives on clearance for the day. They are a drop shipper and take up to 30 days to ship but I have heard many people have had no issues with them and the product they received. I have never ordered from them but you can do some research and generally it's positive.

I've seen many reports where people had to start chargebacks with this dropshipper. They have one of the worst reputations in the 2A community (and that's not hyperbole). It's not worth trying to snag a deal. There are better dropshippers like Battlehawk, De Leon Pharmacy, Defense Depot, Locked Loaded, etc. And better dealers like Lanbos Armory. I used to feel the same way. Then I started getting interested in knife steels, locking mechanisms, and what makes a brand unique. After that I appreciated what each brand does to stand out and I bought an "ugly" knife. You might change your tune over time.

Maybe, but I guess it depends whether you're buying a cutting tool you can rely on, or man jewelry. NTTAWWT, Spyderco makes some of that too.

Sounds like a choice in women. The high end knives with specialty steels are like high maintenance women. Great to look at but you better not take her on a hike.

I understand vaguely about this stuff (I've got friends who are way into it) but these particular ones with that thick blade and curved design just don't do it for me personally.

I'm all for paying for quality but Theresa balance of form and function and these just don't hit it for me.

Very poor retailer rating for Dackoutdoors on Trustpilot of 1.9 with 86% giving a 1 star, and Resellerratings.com has not even heard of them. Buyer beware.

Sad if true. I carry a folder in my jeans pocket and occasionally it will open via the thumb stud. Hit the femoral artery and...

edit: Occasionally it will accidentally open via the thumb stud. This has happened if I accidentally knock it or if I fall asleep on the couch.
