I use this at work, https://www.amazon.com/Martor-USA...C85&sr=8-1
Refills are in a ten pack for generally less than 1.50 a piece. I have also seen the full unit a dollar or two lower than its current list price. We actually got it originally to replace the cutter in our diaper genie that broke twice. I liked it so much I started carrying at work, definitely abuse it and it has lasted years.

You obviously have not used these because they are not very sharp. Used it at work today they can barely cut through reinforced tape.

Thank You CannedSpam and Samples2!

Picked up 3. Got the $2.25 no rush digital credit. I like that the sharp part of the blade is hard to get at, and the backside non-sharp nub can be used to crack the seal on the tape to get started. I do wish these blades were replaceable but willing to give it a try if it holds up well.

These are durable and have lasted me for quite a while through many boxes

Safer than a razer blade

I bought one of these 5+ years ago for work. It's still going strong. More than anything I use the dull "blade" on the back to slice through the stringy tape that Amazon often uses. If you need to open a lot of boxes, this is nice to have around.

No, it's for cutting Shrink Wrap quickly without damaging the product.

Warehouse workers and material handlers.

"No chance" for a seatbelt? These are meant to cut up to banding straps that are hard plastic, webbed nylon, etc. All of which are are far stronger than a fabric seatbelt. Also, this is built for many uses. Probably more so that your average disposable seatbelt cutting blade from Amazon.

Now, not saying you should bet your life on it. Just this will clearly cut through fabric...
