Would like to know as well how's the quality on this. And since I need a chair and was going to look for a used one on marketplace, might as well just get a new one and try it out.
Be careful of "ergonomic" chairs.
Look at the seat and you can see the sides arc up.
Those higher sides will put pressure on outside of legs if you're not smallish.
The seat also slopes up from front to back - and then it turns down.
That all creates a high point that will put stress on tailbone.
After sitting in these chairs a couple months your tailbone is sore and you wont know why.
I strongly advise men to stay away from ergonomic chairs - kids and petite women might be ok

Just looking at pics, I would say this chair is 100% better because the seat is flat.
I never had a chair start to hurt like the "ergonomic" chair I had.
Ergonomic chairs want you to sit a certain way and it becomes painful - like sneakers with too much plastic molding. The cupped seat sides are really bothersome
