Ton of sugar per serving, not sure why they add more sugar!on top of the nes naturally occurring . These cereals are more like a desert than a healthy breakfast.

Same here, the other cereal for me being Kashi Autumn Wheat 'biscuits'. I also add half a banana and about half a cup of Whole Foods frozen blueberries, the big bag ones, not the mini tiny ones.
