Where do you register an email for the coupon?
Any guide would be greatly appreciated.

>Free 50W wireless charger
Also I don't see the option to add free 50W wireless charger..
The free wireless charger is OOS. I requested a voucher or coupon to get the wireless charger later on and was told no.

Does the camera of the 12 worth the price difference of ~$300 compare against the 12r?

Phone isn't getting slower, but buggy updates and rogue apps can cause issues...like maxing out the CPU and io.

The same phone in China (AliExpress) can be purchased for $680. So, $799 is really expensive. I'd bite at $700.
To be fair, the Chinese version comes with a different OS and doesn't include a fair number of US Bands. I'd be hesitant to buy a phone that can't access a good number of bands my carrier (Verizon) uses.

I'm on an OP 8 pro. With the return of wireless charging, this 12 is something I'd consider as a replacement. However, my phone is showing no signs of age in any aspect (knock on wood), so I plan on waiting on the sidelines to see how '24 plays out with pricing. Thanks for the info, OP.

Tempted to get this and cancel the s24 plus. Watching some reviews on YouTube and seems like this is better except for the AI feature. Anybody know how OP works with Verizon??

Was planning on trading in my s22 ultra but the pixel 8 (non-pro) trade in seems price seems tempting as well. The wireless charger would have put it over the edge- maybe I'll wait for a day or two to see if it comes back in stock. S24 trade in was quite disappointing as well so leaning towards the oneplus for now.

I just did this myself last month! Upgraded my 7t to an open box 11 from best buy for 415, I love it except for the curved edges...

anyways i was kinda down on the 12 due to the curved screen while samsung goes flat. but mr whos the boss review changed my mind a little. phone seems awesome for 799 vs 1200 for s24 ultra or latest iphone.

also they are giving 290 tiv for my 8t. which is crazy. so before maybe a 5% edu discount etc i'm down to 510. which is not bad for the latest flagship. and it includes the free wireless 50w charger for now.

i didnt even know the 12r was a thing, maybe even more exciting. just the 8gb ram is a bit of a bummer though it's still probably fine.

12r in particular will likely start dropping in price it seems like a big sale candidate down the road.

i'm going to investigate the 12r for sure, and find out the specs and highest discount i can get. 16gb is 599. plus 10% edu which i should have a edu account now too.

theyre saying 260 for 8t and 160 for 8t+5g trade in on the 12r. misprint or? i dont know the difference. all 8t should be 5g...

shame none of these phones are flat but oh well.

lol 12r is 399 with trade in of any phone. which i have a orbic 5g visible sent me free in the drawer. the value one plus gives is just dummy tbh. then i could keep my 8t to sell or whatever. lots to think about.

Not at all, it was clearly advertised there is a limited amount of chargers available.
I got the free charger and I got a 50 dollar coupon when I bought the surprise bag last week.

With all discounts and my trade in I paid about 370 for it. (16/512)
I've owned numerous oneplus phones over the years since the 6t came out. All have been great phones. Root able. Never a glitch. I'd say the only downside is that the cameras haven't been as good. Hopefully that's improved with the 12. They say it is.

I think for what you get the 799 isn't bad.

12r 8th gen 2 for 400 w/ trade in seems ok. if s23+ can be had at this price it would be great.
