This deal is cheapest I've ever seen a cpu+motherboard+ram bundle containing the 7800x3d, $5 cheaper that the last frontpage deal with this bundle that expired when the motherboard went out of stock. This combo has the exact same cpu and ram as the $500 7800x3d combo available at microcenter, but has a worse motherboard. The motherboard in this combo is a low tier micro-atx b650 motherboard without built in wifi. I personally would say this is a slightly worse deal than the previous newegg $500 bundle with the msi motherboard that went frontpage and was dead within 4 hours of being posted, since being $16 cheaper doesn't make up for the lackluster motherboard. Likewise, for those who live within driving distance of a microcenter, I'd recommend spending the extra $16 for the bundle with the better motherboard. That being said, for those who don't live within driving distance of a microcenter, and are willing to accept the compromises of this motherboard, this is a good deal.
I'll copy and paste my post from the previous version of this deal down below with additional details.

A superior version of this newegg bundle with the MSI Pro B650-S motherboard just became available for $494.99, the deal's here: https://slickdeals.net/f/17258359-amd-ryzen-7-7800x3d-msi-pro-b650-s-mb-32gb-g-skill-flare-x5-ddr5-6000-ram-avatar-frontiers-of-pandora-free-shipping-494-99
The last time that deal got posted (at $500, so $5 more expensive than the current iteration) it went frontpage and the motherboard went out for stock within 4 hours. The motherboard is significantly better than the one in this deal, and has built in wifi.
As a side note, for those discussing the lack of wifi on the motherboard for this particular deal (not the one I linked above in the edit to this comment), cheap wifi 6 adapters can be found for less than $15 while top end wifi 6e adapters can be found for ~$30.
This bundle is best suited for those building an upper-midrange gaming computer which will not be used for tasks more cpu demanding than gaming. Those who don't require top tier gaming performance would be best served finding a deal with a cheaper processor. Those who require a cpu with strong multithreaded performance for non-gaming productivity workloads (photo/video editing, code compiling, cpu based 3d rendering, etc.) would be best served by purchasing a dual chiplet amd cpu (ryzen 7900 or up) or an intel cpu (which have significantly higher multithreaded performance towards the lower end of their product stack compared to single chiplet amd cpus) according to their needs.
The 7800x3d is the best gaming cpu currently available, it's on average slightly faster than the 14900k in gaming while using on average 130w less power (total system usage) while gaming. The 7800x3d is an 8 core cpu which is sufficient for gaming for the next several years at least. It is not well suited as a productivity cpu, it's essentially a slower clocked and more efficient 7700x when used in most non-gaming tasks. The 7800x3d goes on sale as low as $340 from online retailers and as low as $300 from microcenter.

The gigabyte b650m d3hp is a b650 chipset micro-atx form factor motherboard. It is a fairly low tier motherboard overall, with the most immediately relevant flaw being the lack of onboard wifi. You will need to purchase your own wifi adapter if you won't be connecting using a wired connection to the lan port. The other major primary downside is a fairly weak 5+2+2 phase vrm configuration. This is far more than sufficient for a cpu like the 7800x3d which doesn't consume much power, but it may be insufficient to upgrade to a potentially significantly more power hungry zen 5 or 6 cpu in the future. Otherwise, it has most of the common compromises you'll see in am5 motherboards below ~$170 (no pcie gen5 support, only two m.2 slots and 4 sata ports, only 2 pcie slots (a primary gen4 x16 slot and a secondary gen3 x1 slot), no usb 3.2 gen2 ports, a cheap realtek audio chip, fairly limited heatsink coverage, etc.). Overall, while it's certainly a low tier board, it should be sufficient for most users building a pure gaming computer so long as they don't intend to upgrade to a substantially more power hungry cpu in the future. Pcie gen5 support won't matter for most users a few years at least. Getting this newegg bundle with the higher quality (but still lacking wifi) ASRock B650 LiveMixer motherboard costs $50 more, which isn't anywhere near worth it imo for a computer used primarily for gaming (which if you're getting a 7800x3d gaming should be your number one priority). Getting this bundle with the substantially higher quality (but once again still lacking wifi) ASUS Prime X670-P motherboard costs $70 more, which once again won't be worth it for most users who're building a pure gaming machine, who typically won't require that much io. Having a better vrm solution is obviously a major plus, but that will only be relevant when using a more power hungry cpu. With the 7800x3d the weak vrm of the board in this bundle won't cause any issues. A major advantage of building on the am5 platform is longevity, you'll be able to at minimum upgrade to a zen5 (and most likely zen6 as well) cpu while using the same motherboard and ram. The specs page for the gigabyte b650m d3hp can be found here: https://www.gigabyte.co
The ram in this bundle is something of a disappointment, being the standard cheap 32gb ddr5 6000 cl36 g.skill flare ram that most bundles (including microcenter's) contain. This ram uses samsung memory chips, which are all around worse than the hynix memory chips used in higher end memory, but are better than the micron chips used in very low end ddr5. Ram with samsung memory chips used to have major compatibility issues with the am5 platform, but bios updates have pretty much solved those issues by this point. The biggest current downside to using ram with samsung memory chips is the vastly inferior overclocking/manual tuning potential compared to hynix memory. If you'd just be sticking with base expo settings, then the performance difference with this ram compared to the recommended ddr5 6000 cl30 will be only a few percent on average in gaming at 1080p with a 4090. The reduced incidence of cache misses due to the massively increased L3 cache of the 7800x3d also play a role in reducing the impact. That being said, if you're willing to manually set timings, properly tuned hyinx ram would have a much larger performance delta compared to what you could achieve manually tuning the ram in this bundle.
Overall, if you don't live within range of a microcenter, want top tier gaming performance, and can tolerate the compromises of the motherboard in this bundle, this is a good deal.
edit: nm i see you have to swap out the mb for the cheapest one.

Thumbs up because it's still a great deal. Just note that if you're a competitive gamer looking for more performance.
