So I found two names for SS IPS since this is the first time I've seen this. Apparently it can be Super-Structure In-Plane Switching which improves contrast ratio and color accuracy or Super-Speed IPS. If anybody else knows exactly what it is, that'd be great.

can't find any real review over this monitor, seems to be extremely new and not yet tested

and since it appears to be missing USB on the I/O I would not be comfortable buying it
