The keyboard is nice. I had no issues with it so far. I use one with Windows and one with Mac, and I love that it has those OS specific modes. RGB is very bright and highly customizable, even without any software, I simply adjust the settings on the keyboard itself (well, it's not that simple, but the instruction manual explains it well). For the price, I'd say it's freaking epic. Definitely feels like it should be at least $60. It's a known name brand, the materials feel great... it does feel premium. I also use Corsair, Razer, Logitech and Asus keyboards, and these Cooler Master ones are on par with all those in quality and features. I like it better than my HyperX Alloy Origin too, which was a much more expensive keyboard, but their aqua switches are kind of weird. Anyway, i digress.
The packaging was perfect. All sealed and brand new. No damage. Hard to believe these go for $20 a pop. I might order another one, or two, just to keep as back-ups for the future.
Only one complaint, and it's not the product, really, but the layout takes some time to get used to, especially the small right shift key, for me. After using it for almost two weeks, I'm getting very comfortable with it, but I still miss it sometimes, as it's hard for me to get used to hitting the regular key sized shift, after decades of using an extended longer key. It's more of a "me" issue though, and I'm getting better with it with every day, so I expect to fully adjust in a couple more weeks. I know most people mainly use the left shift key anyway, I just never learned it right, I guess.

For the F-keys, these keyboards usually have a 'Fn' key you can hold to make the number row into F-keys. For the numpad you can buy that separately if you need it, then it can be anywhere on the desk, instead of between the keyboard and mousepad.
EDIT TO ADD: If you are new to mechanical keyboards, do NOT buy blue switches. That's my advice, stop buying them so sellers will stop pushing them in budget mechanical keyboards. But if you put a card in your bicycle spokes to make it sound like a motorcycle, blue switches are for you.
