Best Buy has this monitor for sale for $350, my research indicates that it is the same at the GP850 model but doesn't overclock to 180Hz. Rtings.com mentions this variant in the 850 review..

I can't find a difference other than the Amazon deal you linked appears to have a higher peak brightness. One question is if the Amazon deal has a DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1.

I have the GP850, it's an amazing monitor for 1440 gaming. Not great for photo editing, however. So I use a 4K monitor for that.

The key differences between GP850 and GP750 are:
1. Nano IPS which should have more vivid color
2. Tiny bit faster response time from Nano IPS
3. USB hub
