ugh, was hoping to buy 2 to see if they match my other LG before buying a 3rd. You pushed my hand to just buying 3.

Anyone with perkspot - LG is now on there to get into their "EPP"/"Members section. These are $270 + 30% off, brining them to $189.

rtings -> https://www.rtings.com/monitor/re...-32gp83b-b

Note - they check your work email for epp/members store so you can not request a link from someone. There also are no referrals to be given out.

Great specs. I cannot justify this purchase right after Xmas, especially when I have 34" Ultra wide Dell for work. maybe my wife needs new 34"...

This deal vs the Samsung 32" Odyssey G50D QHD Fast IPS 180Hz 1ms DisplayHDR 400 Gaming Monitor deal for $200 a couple weeks ago?

Would be an instant buy for me if it was a VA.

I use a high refresh 27" isp for fast paced games. I use a high refresh 32" va for single player games.

The each have their strengths and weaknesses. The ips for fast games and the va for deep blacks and high contrast on slower games.

Seems like a good deal. Wish LG gave 3 years like Dell does for the warranty.

They have a VA Panel one for exactly the same price, it's a separate thread on here

Is the color on this any better than the standard model that runs 75Hz?

i just sold my monitor today and was looking for a replacementi decided to go with the lenovo r27qelooked through quite a few threads and people have been saying good things about it compared to other monitors in the range (dell g2724d for example)it is 27" 180hz 1440p with 10bit colors, and regular freesyncsupposed 450 nits peakand people report 1300:1 contrastit is 159.99 right now, and there is a 5% off code "EXTRAFIVE"brings it down to 151.99i ordered mine today, hopefully i'll get it within 3-4 daysi was previously using a msi g274qrfw which i had no complaints about (other than it being white and jarring in my setup, i got it for cheap so figured i'd use it)
27" versus a 32"? You should have gone with the 32"! I have 2 of these LG monitors and they are awesome, but the 27" isn't even in the same league.

27" works well enough for me, and i'd prefer the higher pixel density

i'd only jump up once 4k gaming is affordable and able to be done natively with med/high settings at high framerates

Good luck getting any warranty service from the Korean call center that just says, yeah, yeah, yeah, but strings you along until you give up.

Should I buy or not? If I buy, I'm gonna buy 3.

Or should I get the 49"
