I've never seen any OLED tv at any Walmart store near me in Phoenix. All the TV's they sell in store are cheap LG, Samsung, Hisense, TCL, Vizio and Phililps models.

I am still rocking the 65" C8 from 2019 found on Slickdeals/Brickseek. There were people then, which I was one of, who were buying the tv full price at one walmart ($2800 or something) then going to return it and repurchase at the clearanced walmart. That was a fun day driving all around town trying to get walmarts to take back a $2800 TV to repurchase for $999 haha.
I think I was one of the few people in the country to get it for $700 on clearance via Walmart. My parents are still using it, great TV

Brickseek is telling me "Walmart In-Store Results are not available for this product."
Means there are none near you. Not many walmarts carry these, I live in a metro area with over 1 million people and only one store near me has them.

Do you gamble? I'd put it in that category. If youre OK that it might be a total waste of time and money, then do it.
Thanks for the reply. Leaning towards a pass

I saw one in person at a Tempe location, last time the 55 might have been $600

I just found one but it's 30 miles away. Seriously thought they stopped selling them in-store in my area. Have to fight a shit ton of traffic though to go there.
You scored the one on NP? That store is my Newman. Anything goes at that store, and the whole electronics section is security blocked off? Nice

FYI I called my local store and they said it's still showing replenishable in their system so they won't discount yet. But that's it's a real possibility at any moment when that changes. I just got a G3 but it's so bright I would mind returning it and getting a C3 for 500 cheaper! Thanks for the heads up OP!
First rule of clearance discounts club, NEVER CALL. The employees will lie and grab it for themselves.

Folks this isn't some big clearance. Or normal YMMV that a particular store near you still has the clearance item in stock. If the stores never had the OLED to begin with, and now one store in 20 or whatever has one single unit. . .these are returns. Which is fine. But for your store to have one, it looks like they had to take a return in or cancelled deliver to store order.

These are sold brand new in certain stores, and they will be clearanced slowly over the next few months. They do not sell TV returns.

True, but I figure if they really wanted it they would have taken it when they saw it. My G3 was 1500 and sat at the store for weeks and the employees didn't care.

That's how mine is as well. I suspect Walmarts offering OLEDs are probably in more affluent, wealthy areas.
