For limited use and for $10 it's probably okay, but unless they've updated it significantly since the one I bought in ~2008, it's not very repeatable. Most of that misalignment/flex is inherent to the dremel and collet itself (not to mention length of the drill bit).

It'll drill 1 hole, but if you expect to set up a stop/fixture and drill mulitple aligning holes, forget it.
I use the website bugmenot.com.
I have a couple of these, and I cannot recommend them. One of them cannot adjust the angle far enough to drill straight, so it's running the drill bit a little sideways, guaranteed to break. The other one is all perfectly aligned until you actually hit the part. Then all the plastic flexes and things move around. You can reduce force, but then you're not cutting the material, you're just rubbing against it. you can't get a dedicated mini drill press for $10, so this may be worth the trouble if you're on a budget.

I'm looking for one that can hold my corded drill so I can avoid getting a real drill press...

I went out and got one before my store closed.

$75 is aspirational pricing, or Home Depot is just ripping people off if they actually charge that much. The Amazon average has been in the $35-$45 range for years and years. And there's 3rd party compatible presses like the Milescraft 1097 for $30-$40.

$45 is about what I had guessed it was worth too, after opening it and before I had done more research.

The box design is terrible. It's like they made it bigger and full of air just to make it seem more expensive. The box is also flimsy. I bet they have a lot of spoilage on this item just due to damaged packaging.

It seems okay for hobby and hacker work.

I believe the point behind asking was that they do not want to create one.

Neither do I. It's funny how many times I click a brickseek link only to close it when I see the un/pw requirement. Oh well.
