I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, and picked up a CPAP machine and all that recently. Really helps and I get better quality sleep in less time most nights. I tried these nasal strips some years ago and they supposedly helped reduce my snoring a bit... But I think using cpap probably helps me a lot there too.
Thoughts?
My wife said after I used this, my snore is a whisper.
So I will anecdotally disagree, this is a huge help for even heavy snorers...and the family, lol.
But agreed, sleep apnea is the next level -- strips may help (some people may inadvertantly be waking themselves up during the night because of their snoring), but it generally needs more intervention than a strip.

As already mentioned, "Clear Passage" brand work pretty well, too.

BJ's and Costco have the branded 72ct packs for $20 and that seems to be about it in the bulk size offerings.
Any good recommendations on mouth tape? I tried the CPAP and kept ripping off the mask in the middle of the night like a cat with a cast on its paw. No matter what I did the damn thing ended up on the floor.
Dignan : Exactly!
