I use nasal strips every night. In my experience, the tan ones stick better than these clear ones. The clear ones have a more plastic feel to them. However, at less than 23 cents per strip, this is a pretty good deal. This is the best brand to go with also. Other brands and cheap knock-offs do not stick as well. These are also good when you're home and your nasal passages are congested, they help you breathe easier. For better sticking power, wash/rinse your nose skin beforehand, then dry with a towel before applying. To remove, S L O W L Y peel off of your skin. If you do it too quickly, it'll feel like you've taken some skin off as well (not pleasant.)

You're right about sleep apnea, but these can help with light snoring, especially if it's short-term congestion-based snoring.

I agree with the eval. The tan ones stick better. Walmart brand is not good. Kroger brand is better. Costco had a 72 pack a couple months ago at a great price so watch for the sales. I bought 2.

I bought the CVS equivalent recently and they were utterly useless. Tan strips or bust

Clear Passage is another brand I use that I have been happy with.

This is correct. I've used them every night for the last 10 years. I will never buy the clear ones again.

I got some chinese knock offs tan 100 pack and no matter what I do , even using a (Chinese knock off) pore declogger strip, they don't stay on all night.... Should I bother with these clear ones with reportedly aren't as good as breathe right tan, or just wait for a deal on the breath right tan?

Wondering how much of an overlap there is between people that use these and people that should be using a CPAP machine...

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea, and picked up a CPAP machine and all that recently. Really helps and I get better quality sleep in less time most nights. I tried these nasal strips some years ago and they supposedly helped reduce my snoring a bit... But I think using cpap probably helps me a lot there too.

Thoughts?

My wife uses these and they make a HUGE difference in her snoring. She also says she feels more refreshed in the morning so I feel like she is getting better sleep because she is breathing better. Highly recommended from my standpoint.

I use the Member's Mark brand from Sams and prefer them. This is a good price though on this brand.

My wife uses the CVS ones because she has a latex allergy and the name brand says they have latex in the packaging or something like that. They do work for her, but she has a much more thorough face cleaning regime.

I buy these when they're on sale because they are cheaper and stick better without much prep.
