And for all those asking..70,000 points can generally get you a $700 flight.
As for me, I'm not eligible for any of the card welcome bonuses because I've had the gold card.

The priority boarding and free checked luggage are tied to your SkyMiles number. If you're in an itinerary, the other passengers all get the same benefits.
To book with reduced points, you have to be logged in with your SkyMiles account on Delta.

I don't know where on the churning subreddit you checked, but every data point from the last 3 years says neither Chase nor Citi pull all 3. Capital One is the only major issuer that pulls all 3.
Regardless it would be a poor use anyways when you look at Chase UR and Amex MR points redemption values at Amazon.
Pretty much only Delta.

Once you have the card and it's linked to your skymiles account, you get the free bag regardless of where you book.
I book through a corporate portal on a corporate card and get the free bag because I'm a (private) cardholder.
