I have this food processor and where it shines is in wet things where the cuisinart's low liquid line allows it to self drain under the blade. We don't make dough in it (have a kitchenaid) and I do peanut butter in the blender because food processing a nut butter doesn't make sense when you already own a vitamix.

I appreciate all the great deals people post here, saving me lots of money. I'm a guy on the cheap. But my wife, awesome cook, finally deserved better. So I got her a Breville Sous Chef 16. That's a beautiful tank! I had a $50 Pottery Barn gift card from nearly 20 years ago. I got nothing to buy there. What, I can get two napkins for $50 there anyway, right, lol. So I applied the gift card towards the purchase at Williams Sonoma. Breville is solid. Way better than this Vitamix attachment. Hopefully will last 20 years. Can't always go cheap. Sometimes you gotta do what's best. God bless.
I don't think I would pay $100+ (especially not $150) just for a processor attachment unless I was seriously doing some major things in life.
I find it good enough for chopping up a bunch of veggies on meal prep day. I also bought a block of Kirkland Parmesan cheese I'd like to shred with it. Which blade to use ? Also what are other things I can do with this ? Can it make pizza dough ? Or is a bread maker better for that ? I have made peanut butter in the blender that has been delicious. Trying to figure out more ways to use the food processor I already own.
