If you dont think of these like a conventional pressure washer, they are pretty great.

I use mine (the 600PSI model) for camping alot. Its nice being able to drop the pickup hose into a bucket to wash dishes/cookware. I also use it alot with either the pickup hose or 2L bottle adapter to have a convenient way to rinse off sand from people/equipment at the beach/lake, and very useful with warm (not hot) water for a DIY camp shower.

I mean, what're you expecting? It's a handheld "pressure washer"
These types are very low pressure and flow, basically made for siphoning out of a random water source, bucket, etc. when you don't have an outlet OR water hose nearby.

Nice ideas and use cases. I agree on this vs conventional pressure washer. The sweet spot for these is probably in the 600 to 900 psi range. Essentially you get portability at 1/2 psi of your typical entry level corded pressure washer.

Bought this as a replacement for my 3 year old unit that gave up the ghost, used it a lot for my 'dry pour concrete' work I did all summer, nice not worrying about using a regular garden hose and the different nozzle types were just what I needed. BTW this price was $5 cheaper than the Direct Tools 40% off price, plus I saved another 10% as a veteran.

I purchased mine while living in an apartment after a company transfer. I mainly used to clean my MTB (rinse mode). After purchasing a home I'm still using it to clean my MTB plus other uses like mentioned above. Very handy device.

I have the higher PSI model and really really love it. I use it for all kinds of cleaning work around the house. I only use the wired powerful one once a year for the big floor/driveway cleaning job.

Has anyone found a good 12V model to look into? So the device could be powered off automotive 12VDC source, and not have such limited capability if a readily available water source is handy?

Many reviews mentioned the plastic connector easy broke off, which isn't good.

Would this work in a lake to clean the deck of a pontoon boat? Or is lake water too dirty and will damage the tool?

It's $20 cheaper currently on HD. Normally 120 and I've never seen a price drop. I'm thinking a new model might be coming
