Thanks for the instructions! Giving it a try. Can pick up the tool next day. But had to have the battery shipped to the store at a different location. Hopefully it works. A great deal for $27, once I get the battery returned.

This will fit in nicely between the M18 Fuel 6-1/2" and Worx Nitro 4-1/2". Now that I wrote this, I don't know why I got this Ryobi 5-1/2" Sucker for a good deal. But feeling kinda manly too, lol.

For what it's worth, I just laid down almost 800 sq ft feet of SPC in my basement. I used the Worx Nitro because I didn't want to dirty up the M18 Fuel with SPC shavings. Worx powered through, but took a good push, some muscle. I bet this Ryobi would have made cutting easier and faster. Only needed to cut for long lengths. Simple scoring for shortening floor boards.

Sorry to post two in a row. After seeing the mentions about the comments, yeah, fantastic reviews on HD. But most of them are from promotions. Even ones that don't indicate promotions, the comments read like a Ryobi rep wrote it, full description of the tool and model numbers at times. Reads and sounds like a Ryobi short demo video.

But my question is, how the heck do I get in on these promotions? I'd like to receive free tools, lol. I'll give out 4 stars.

It's a small tool for small tasks. If you need to cut a bunch of pressure treated lumber, get a corded 7 1/4 saw. If you only need to rip some plywood every now and then, this'll do just fine.

I'd like to know how to get in on those promotions too. On Home Depot's website, a majority of the Ryobi reviews seem like they're from promotions.

Can u do the reverse to get the battery for $32? Trying to look for a deal on a charger and battery.

I got same message. Make sure both locations are for pickup. My tool I can pick up now. The battery, in order to do pick up, I set it to delivery to the different store... get this, scheduled for Feb 12th, ugh, what da heck, gotta wait two weeks to get my money back. Then I got that message. Just go to cart and checkout anyway. I just ordered it tonight.

If we are returning the battery, how would we use the tool? Shouldn't we need both the battery and the tool?

It's telling me I must make sure pickup and delivery option are the same for both items . Makes it hard to cancel only one item . Anyone else having this issue and know of a workaround ?

Do yourself a favor and wait for a deal for a 6-1/2 or 7-1/4 model.
