Sadly, no. Conversion rate is best for 1 month and gets progressively worse with longer conversion periods.

1 month core is 20 days of Ultimate --- 3/2 ratio
6 months (180 days roughly) of core is 81 days / 2+ months of ultimate --- 3/1.5 ratio
12 month of core is 4 months of ultimate --- 3/1 ratio

Really nice deal for anyone with an expired sub. I picked up 2 years at Target some months back at $45/per which I'm wanting to say converted to a year and a half of Ultimate. I don't have my Xbox in front of me to check but I do remember the conversion rate was quite generous.

Do you know if you can "pause" game pass and resume it later? For example, I use game pass ultimate for a month, then want to pause it for a month or two, then use the remaining few months. Or do the 4 months need to be uninterrupted?

No, there is no way to pause your game pass sub.

Sub expires in about a month, think these can used after it expires to do the conversion?. Waiting for deals and just upped with a one month code, non-stackable. Slick dealers warn to use them asap after buying. Anyone having experience? Newegg's pretty legit.
