I found the 4 zone for $37. I had to go two stores. Brickseek at store 1 said 6. They had 6 8 zone at $199 but no 4 zone. Store 2 showed 2 in stock and luckily they had 1 4 zone($37) and 1 8 zone(was about $80). Almost like brickseek was combining inventory.
I also saw Orbit Behive XR 8 zone for $46.

These were all in normal irrigation section.

I just picked up 2 of these for $58/unit in Denver. One for me, one for my brother. But I think there's only one HD in the area with them on clearance
