Yes, these are 1/4 shanks (generally palm routers). As long as your router takes that size, it will work.

Would this still be worth it for the full size router? Got the big Bosch one recently and haven't started doing anything with it so not too sure on what bits to start with
I highly recommend the Dewalt Palm Router or Milwaukee. Skip the Ryobi and Ridgid, although someone mentioned Ridgid may have recently come out with an updated model that is much better than their old one. I think Makita is also supposed to be pretty good.
