Newegg has AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Desktop Processor + MSI PRO B650-S WIFI AM5 AMD Motherboard + 32GB (2x16GB) G.SKILL Flare X5 Series DDR5 6000 Cl36 Desktop Memory on sale for $298.94 when you follow the instructions below. Shipping is free.
This is $10 cheaper than this very short lived frontpage deal from a couple of days ago: https://slickdeals.net/f/17261224-amd-ryzen-5-7600x-msi-pro-b650-s-wifi-am5-motherboard-32gb-g-skill-flare-x5-ddr5-6000-ram-free-shipping-308-94
Deal Instructions:
Add the following products to cart. All items must be "sold and shipped by newegg" in order to apply combo savings. Here are the links to the newegg product pages:
AMD Ryzen 5 7600X CPU: https://www.newegg.com/amd-ryzen-...ByNewegg=1
MSI PRO B650-S WIFI AM5 Motherboard: https://www.newegg.com/msi-pro-b6...6813144642
The g. skill memory kit should be added to cart automatically when you add the 7600x cpu, here's the product page of the memory for reference: https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-32...6820374419
The final price in cart should be $298.94 for all three items.
Alternatively, you can go to the newegg amd combo builder (linked at the top of this post) and select the MSI PRO B650-S WIFI AM5 AMD B650 Ryzen 7000 DDR5 Motherboard and the AMD Ryzen 5 7600X Desktop Processor. Then select "add all items to cart", the total will be $298.94. The free gift item G.SKILL Flare X5 Series AMD EXPO 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000 Desktop Memory Model F5-6000J3636F16GX2-FX5 should automatically appear in cart and be listed underneath the 7600x as an "additional item(s)".
The previous iteration of this deal went frontpage and was sold out extremely quickly, I'd jump on this quick if you're interested. This is an exceptionally low price for a bundle containing a zen4 cpu, a decent quality am5 motherboard, and 32gb of midrange ddr5 ram. The 7600x alone went frontpage at $199 around a week ago. The motherboard in this bundle is an atx lower midrange b650 board (more towards the lower end than midrange) that should be perfectly suitable for most users. It usually sells for around $140-$150 and is probably worth around $130. The 32gb ram kit in this bundle is ddr5 6000 cl36 using samsung memory chips, being smack dab in the middle of ddr5 in terms of quality, and goes on sale for around ~$90 (actual value is closer to $75, since ddr5 6000 cl30 ram with superior hynix memory chips go on sale for as low as $90 and typically under $110).
I'll copy over my post from the previous iteration of this deal down below with additional details for those interested.
The 7600x is a six core zen4 cpu that is towards the bottom of amd's current gen cpu lineup. It is a single chiplet design, and is clocked marginally slower than higher end zen 4 parts. It doesn't use much power (especially when compared to current gen intel cpus), is relatively easy to cool even under full load, and is overall fairly efficient. In terms of gaming performance, the 7600x is very slightly slower than the 12900k and the 7700x (but faster than the 12700k). Realistically speaking, if you're purchasing a bundle in this price range, you're not going to have an $800+ gpu where this cpu's gaming performance could even start to be a meaningful bottleneck (outside of a few specific games). Having only six (full size) cores means that this cpu is not terribly future-proof, but once again this won't be an issue for the vast majority of games. If you're building a computer intended for only basic office productivity, web-surfing, content consumption, and other such non-intensive tasks the 7600x will be more than sufficient.
The msi pro b650-s motherboard seems to be a slightly cut down version of the msi pro b650-p motherboard (which was available in microcenter's 7700x and 7800x3d bundles). It's overall a lower-midrange full size atx b650 board with some of the standard compromises (no pcie gen5 support, only two m.2 slots, a cheap realtek audio chip, less heatsink coverage, etc.) but should be entirely sufficient for the average user. Pcie gen5 support won't matter for most users for a few years at least. There have been complaints about slow boot times on msi b650 boards, supposedly newer bios updates have mostly mitigated those issues, and memory context restore can be enabled without issue to drastically reduce boot times. A major advantage of building on the am5 platform is longevity, you'll be able to at minimum upgrade to a zen5 (and most likely zen6 as well) cpu while using the same motherboard and ram. The motherboard specs page can be found here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/P...cification
The ram in this bundle is the standard cheap 32gb ddr5 6000 cl36 g.skill flare ram that most bundles (including microcenter's) contain. This ram uses samsung memory chips, which are all around worse than the hynix memory chips used in higher end memory, but are better than the micron chips used in very low end ddr5. Ram with samsung memory chips used to have major compatibility issues with the am5 platform, but bios updates have pretty much solved those issues by this point. The biggest current downside to using ram with samsung memory chips is the vastly inferior overclocking/manual tuning potential compared to hynix memory. If you'd just be sticking with base expo settings, the performance difference compared to using ddr5 6000 cl30 ram would be extremely small. That being said, if you're willing to manually set timings, properly tuned hyinx ram would have a much larger performance delta compared to what you could achieve manually tuning the ram in this bundle.
Overall, if you're looking to build a system on a tight budget, this is a very good deal.
I'd recommend editing the link for the 7600x in your post and replacing it with: https://www.newegg.com/amd-ryzen-...ByNewegg=1
The link in your post automatically shows the 7600x sold by SenyTech rather than newegg, which isn't eligible for combo savings and doesn't come with the free ram. The link I provided automatically shows the 7600x sold by newegg.
I'll also add some alternative instructions from my post of this deal since I assume it'll be deleted since I posted 4 minutes after you.

For those who bought it at $309, would Newegg do a price adjustment or do you need to buy again and return the first order?

This motherboard is by far the cheapest that applies the $50 discount to the cpu, and is by far the cheapest combo. The next cheapest option would be the MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI AM5 board (no discount on the cpu), for a bundle price of $378.94. The cheapest option that applies the $50 discount to the cpu is the MSI B650M PROJECT ZERO AM5 board, for a bundle price of $383.94.
The difference in quality between the boards is nowhere close to sufficient to justify a ~$80 price premium. If you truly need a better motherboard, you probably shouldn't be looking at bundles in this price range to begin with.
A computer case (make sure it can accommodate a standard full size atx form factor motherboard)
Case fans (depending on how many fans the case you purchase comes with additional fans may be unnecessary)
A power supply (I'd recommend either an 850w+ atx 3.0 psu or an 1000w+ last gen psu for a new build, the price delta isn't sufficient to go for a lower wattage in most cases)
A cpu cooler (air cooling is fine for the 7600x, I recommend the thermalright phantom spirit (ps120se) for ~$35)
Thermal paste (typically included with a cpu cooler, but if you get one that doesn't have thermal paste a ~$5 tube is sufficient, make sure it is non-conductive)
A ssd (a m.2 nvme drive will always be your best option, an OS drive should always be tlc rather than qlc, a pcie gen 4 drive with dram is typically recommended for an OS drive)
An operating system (various linux distros are available for free, you can use an unactivated version of windows for free with some moderate inconveniences, if you have a microsoft account you can in most cases transfer over a windows license from your previous computer, if you buy a new windows license directly from microsoft it costs a fortune but you can find cheap grey market keys all over the place)
Optional: A discrete graphics card (only necessary if you're gaming or desire gpu hardware acceleration for certain productivity workloads, the 7600x has a fairly weak integrated gpu (igpu) that is sufficient for basic display output, amd gpus tend to offer better value, especially at the low to mid end)
Peripherals you'll need:
A display (monitor or tv)
A mouse and keyboard
An audio output device (speakers or headphones)
