Wow that's cheap. FYI the plecos eat out the center and leave the lighter colored "ring". Sadly my Corys won't touch it

Good to see the culture feeding the plecos. Back in the day, all they got was algae.

Haven't seen that happen. That said, this is a cheap filler food, not many quality ingredients but my plecos a african cichlids eat them fine.

Ideally, most plecos should have wood in their tank to rasp on. Some plecos will die after a while if they don't have some wood in their diet. Most plecos would be even happier if you fed them green beans, squash, cucumber etc.

We're talking about plecostomus here. AKA sucker fish. AKA algae eater. AKA spiny catfish. AKA devil fish.

This is literally hair algae compacted and dried into discs. This will bring a fresh new algal bloom to your tank if you don't have enough fauna to eat the leftovers or your tank gets too much light.

I purchased a bunch of bags last sale, I breed blue eyed bristlenose in 4- 40 gallon breaders. Have a bunch left over as I use these in a pinch if I run out of repasshy and I'm in a hurry, or if I know I will be doing a water change the next day. They seem to eat the outside but leave the green middle. It also clouds up the tank and never gets fully eaten even if under feeding. Probably my fault for feeding daily repashy foods and veggies. My zebra colony and my leaped frog colony won't touch em, they are able to eat meatier foods and like shrimp pellets and repashy bottom scratcher and bloodworms. No go with these pellets. Zebra colony just had its first spawn after 3 years last week. Good price thanks for posting
