This is what it should sell for on a regular basis.

If I could find the older -779 type 20- new in box, I'd pay $500 all day. it's better than the current 779 and 780.

It's a shame how far Dewalt has fallen into cheapness.

$359 at my store marked down from $449. Is this still a good price for this? Definitely doesn't seem like a fantastic deal… a deal for sure.

$399 though on Amazon so isn't that great. Better than MSRP for sure.

Damn, just picked up the Hercules non-sliding for $150 on clearance at HF. They had it here in OKC @ $359. I'll check a few other locations on my way home from work.

Yeah I grabbed one of those too. It's a solid saw for the $90 I paid for it, I don't think I'll use it enough to justify paying much more, and don't need the extra width sliding
