Have the exact same model.
Bought for ~1500 after tax and miscellaneous discounts.

Great Build quality, Shitty software
Can't really recommend it since the CPU overheats way to much for it to maintain steady state peak performance. The I9 perform more inline with an I5 when ran ~90c steady state.
Would rather recommend a I7 13th gen given its much more power efficient.
The GPU is great, but again, would recommend the 4000 gen for the frame gen features.
Also the form factor is too large to fit in existing backpacks. The new 16th is much more affable.

You can address the overheating by undervolting that i9 HK with Throttlestop. Just need to install a previous bios version, 1.8.2; anything newer will have undervolt protection enabled which prevents you from being able to change the values in Throttlestop. Also, you need to disable capsule updates in the bios settings, so Windows Updates doesn't push a newer bios again. Start with -100mV for the CPU core and cache. Your temps should decrease by ~10 degrees at least.
I've seen it hit $1600 a few times on Dell's website with this setup.. and personally would rather buy refurb direct from manufacturer.
I have a Dell refurb of the same but with the 4k 120mhz screen. Likely a customer return because it has some bleeding issues when the screen is near black but not noticeable in 99% of applications. Speaker rattle is an issue with these too.. I had to stick a stack of o-rings between the post and the speaker on mine to get it to behave. Other people have put cloth below the speaker to solve it... Dell seems not capable or resolving the issue but maybe it's worse in some examples than others.
Speakers themselves are really good, but being downfacing, you'd have to be under your computer to appreciate them making them no so good.
The lights are fun but I keep it off now.
No number pad if you care about that.
Secondary function keys don't light up but you get used to where they're at.
Mine runs fairly quiet outside of hard gaming or software installs, also 3080ti and i9. On my lap without a stand it's never gotten too hot to hold, although I usually use a stand or have it on my desk.
I'd probably wait for the next gen with a newer chip to go on sale at Dell's website with a higher resolution screen.. 480hz is overkill which is why these didn't sell as well but it's decent for the price.
