The 13900HX/14900HX has 50%-75% higher score in Cinebench Multicore than Intel Ultra 9 185H, and is also much more power hungry and runs hotter. Hence totally two different product lines.

Some Pros:
1. It had the fastest ram of all the released 13th gen laptops at the time... 5600mt/s. It was advertised as being able to use 6000mt/s, but there weren't any ram that fast at the time.
2. You can undervolt with XTU or ThrottleStop.
3. You Overclock the CPU and GPU with the Legion Vantage software.
4. The cooling system is very good and can "go" when you need it to, espescially for how small the laptop is compared to the competition.
One Con:
1. It's kind of hard to open, but you won't be doing it that often.
People like to complain that this version lost a lot of bells and whistles from the previous model, but I don't care about any of that. This isn't a laptop that I'm carrying around anyways. I've got a smaller laptop for travel, school and work.
All jokes aside, this is a phenominal laptop.

EXTRA5 was dead, and the welcome codes wouldn't work. I got it down to 1958 after affinity/employer discounts, before taxes and purple cash back. Looks like B&H has it for $2099, too.
It's not much differently sized than my current laptop, but I will miss the physical mouse buttons and the touch screen. It's a dell refurb and I've been stubbornly limping it along since I had it.
Otherwise it seems like it will fit my typical ~$2k desktop replacement, and now I can play more games!
Now to hope my current laptop holds out for the next two weeks.
