What do you mean? They are. They are in sets of two that cleanly split at the center

No but it is similar in flavor. The cardamom is lacking compared to traditional chai.

I use this tea blend for roasted barley tea. It's more convenient to use the tea bags than having to roast and extract the whole spices myself.

It's great. I add coconut milk powder for a chai-like effect, just more earthy and nutty. A little salt goes a long way

My only issue with these is the "natural flavor" (which is a lab altered flavor that was originally natural…which results in an artificial/UNnatural flavor). I used to buy tons of these boxes. Also the concern about plastics in these types of tea bags (leading to health and environmental concerns). Now I drink golden moon or tea with no "natural" flavor. Excellent deal but wanted people to be aware. Tea is incredibly healthy if consumed without the plastics and fake flavors.

What is the 'natural flavors' that's listed in the ingredients? Plutonium? Uranium? Fluoride?

That's my issue with a lot of the teas these days, so many brands are enhancing them with flavors, dyes, even sugar (sometimes in the form of candied fruit). Especially the cold brew teas, as obviously its harder and takes a lot longer to extract flavors from leaves, flowers, fruits with cold water, so they just cheat and add processed ingredients.

At what point does it stop being a tea and become a processed drink?
