This idea has been repeatedly debunked. There is no medical evidence that local honey helps with allergies.
Organic honey is a scam. You absolutely cannot be sure that bees harvest from an "organic" plant. You have no idea how far they may go.

Yeah I'd be very suspicious at this price. Maybe Nate has some bionic bees!

I mostly use top shelf honey [amazon.com] these days, but Nate's is pretty good for cooking or on occasions I don't feel like wasting the expensive on.

Just know that this honey usually crystalizes half way through and gets difficult to squeeze out of the bottle unless you use it a lot, everyday.

All honey does this. You just put it in warm water and it liquefies again.

I bought this one in the past and it crystallized. Am not sure what that means but it was a pain to get off the bottle. I was just curious if the crystals are sugars that they added because other organic honey that Ive bought doesnt do that.

Food is not allowed to be sold commercially if is not pasteurized. Unfiltered, sure if you like wax and bee parts but raw is only at your local apiary.

I use honey in the simple syrup when making a gimlet. It's great with the gin.

I just came here to talk about the crystallization of honey since alot are questioning it.

Real honey crystallizes ( only exception is Tupelo honey ) because it has two types of sugars , glucose and fructose. Also real honey has more sugar than water so it's a natural formation when it crystallizes. So crystallization is a good sign it's real.
