Bought from this seller and had the worst ever experience. The excellent device came with a black line on screen. Seller did not let me initiate a return and sent me a shipping label and promised a replacement. Once they received the device back they told me they were out of stock and will initiate a refund. They never initiated a refund and blocked me on eBay. Glad I had saved everything that helped me get the refund with through PayPal's dispute, which took over a month.

Man i scored a open box excellent at bestbuy for $376 after tax and had to return it bc it had a black dot on the middle of the screen. Not sure if i trust these foldables

I loved this phone so much... until it failed me less than a year in with the infamous black pixels line of death. My girlfriend's failed with the same issue a few months later.

Samsung's response? We can trade it in for a fold 5. LOL.

Caveat emptor. This technology is promising but you're a guinea pig for samsung and they won't do anything for you once it's out of warranty.

Planned obsolescence at its finest.
