I don't know why it is the way it is, probably NSA related tracking or just poor coding on developers part. But, he's not wrong in saying that 128gb is pretty abysmal at this point.

It's an OK phone at $209 when I bought it two weeks ago, I just didn't like the camera very much and battery was mediocre.
Father of 4, so I want a really good camera and still $$ leftover for diapers.
Granted this IS the 2022 edition.
I'm back to using my moto one fusion plus from 2021 until I can find a better replacement. (Thinking oneplus 10t??)
These cheap phones are meant for those who want no frills... calls, SMS and Internet access.. if you are lucky - good battery life.

And yep there are a lot of people who take a lot of pics and videos, the videos alone can quickly eat up space.. say if you have two cats like we do and frequently do the " aww that's cute gotta get a video of that " thing
Thanks for the warning ThinksTooMuch I almost bought this phone.. definitely not buying a phone with no SD card slot, 128 GB of storage or not.
