the offers are stackable. However, you have to have both offers added under the same card before you purchase the membership.

They had this $10 off $19.99 offer a couple months ago as well. Good deal for people who use MyChoice. But bad deal also because UPS Mychoice is a ripoff and they are charging you for some services they should already provide (e.g. vacation holds and package holds). The UPS surepost upgrades for all packages, however, is totally worth $10 for an entire year.
